Elm & Rye is a new supplement company dedicated to producing supplements from sustainable, high-quality ingredients. There is full transparency where consumers can view the lab results for each product. In this product, there is one active ingredient which is Magnesium Gluconate. This is a form of Magnesium that is non chelated, meaning it is not as easily absorbed into the body as some other types. Additionally, there is only a daily dose of 30 mg of Magnesium, which is on the low end compared to many supplements that offer hundreds of milligrams in their formulas. That said, we do like what this manufacturer stands for and feel that they formulated a decent option to try and soothe leg cramps.

Many conclusive studies have shown that both B vitamins and Magnesium help alleviate leg cramps and muscle spasms. Additionally, while there are many healing herbs in this formula, Ginger and Chamomile are significantly absent. This too is surprising as there are clinical studies to back up these ingredients as well.         

While there are many reviews one can read about Crystal Star Muscle Relax, not all of them are positive. Many customers have written that this product simply does not work. Luckily, this supplement manufacturer does offer a money-back guarantee. Consumers should be warned though that they only have 30 days to get their refund.
